Shopping Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities.
This website allows for the purchase of eGuides (PDF files) and carefully selected holiday clothing or travel products.
1. Descriptions, prices and product information
We have taken care to describe and show our eGuides and products as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations may occur. If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact us at info@whattowearonholiday.com.
2. Payment and acceptance
If you make a purchase, payment will be taken at point of order.
Once you have confirmed payment for an eGuide, you cannot amend or cancel.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually despatch products to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point up until then we may decline to supply a product to you. If we decline to supply a product to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that product in accordance with our refund policy in section 4 below.
Where products are despatched separately, our acceptance of the order in respect of each product takes place when that product is dispatched.
3. Delivery
eGuides
eGuides will be available to download from this website once payment has been received. Instructions on how to access your download will be sent by email to the email address specified when you complete the order.
Ownership of an eGuide will not pass to you until we have delivered the instructions to your email address. When an eGuide is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the eGuide passes to you and we shall have no further liability under the contract.
eGuides are intended to be for your own personal use, and the content contained therein may not be copied or distributed, in full or in part, in any way.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your eGuide instructions within a reasonable time of receiving your payment, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting an email to you within that time. We can accept no responsibility if our email fails to reach your inbox, but in this unlikely event please email us for assistance.
Products
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly; you should receive yours within 5-7 working days, sent to the postal address you supply when making your order. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us at info@whattowearonholiday.com.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your products within a reasonable time of receiving your payment, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time.
Ownership of a product will not pass to you until it has been delivered to your address. When a product is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the product passes to you and we shall have no further liability under the contract.
4. Returns
eGuides
Purchase of eGuides cannot be refunded unless technical difficulties have made it impossible for you to access the files. Should you experience such technical difficulties, we will make every effort to resolve them for you - please email us for assistance.
Products
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any physical item purchased from this website to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund the cost of the goods (excluding postage) or organise an exchange if requested.
To do this, it would be really helpful if you could contact us by email before returning the product at info@whattowearonholiday.com. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We endeavour to process your returns or exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned goods. Please post all returns to:

5. Payments
You can pay by PayPal, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Maestro, or Delta debit card through PayPal.
6. Our responsibility to you
If we are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the relevant order. Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the products.
7. General
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms & Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms & Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If you breach these Terms & Conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these Terms & Conditions.
We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Except as expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions, all use of your personal information will be made in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to English law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- Entry into the Prize Draw is made by supplying information to be published on the website, and upon provision of full name and valid email address. No purchase is necessary.
- The Prize Draw is made quarterly, with draws being made on 31 January, 30 April, 31 July and 31 October each year.
- Participants will be entered into the next Prize Draw after the promoter receives their entry.
- Only one entry can be made per person per draw, but participants may enter subsequent draws on supply of further and different information to be published on the website.
- One prize of a Pashmina, worth £28.97, will be awarded each quarter.
- The winner of each prize will be the first participant drawn at random by an independent judge. Winners will be informed that they have won by email within 7 days of the draw taking place. Please ensure you supply your correct email address. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner cannot be contacted. Winners' names are available on request - please email info@whattowearonholiday.com.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners' details may be used for publicity purposes.
- Participants must be over 18.
- The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute a prize with one of equivalent or greater value at its sole discretion. No cash alternatives to the prizes will be available.
- The Promoter is What To Wear On Holiday Ltd, registered at The Laurels, Chapel Lane, Northmoor, Oxfordshire OX29 5SZ
- The prize draw may be withdrawn at any time if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
- This promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
