Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities.

This website provides packing advice for destinations across the world.

Accuracy of Information

We take care to provide packing advice which is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, information may become out of date and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. We welcome your feedback, and will be happy to make amends to our data if this is deemed appropriate.

Membership

We provide the option to become a Member of WhatToWearOnHoliday.com. This entitles you to access further and more detailed information such as our downloadable Packing List files. To do this we obtain and may use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Membership is free. To cancel your Membership account at any time, and have your details removed from our system, please contact us on info@whattowearonholiday.com.

Packing Lists

More detailed packing advice for each destination is provided in our Packing List PDF files. These files are available for registered Members to download free of charge - simply log in to your account and visit the destination page of your choice.

Packing List files may be downloaded at any time and on multiple occasions, but are intended to be for your own personal use only and the content contained therein may not be copied or distributed, in full or in part, in any way.

Shop Terms & Conditions

Our website shop allows for the purchase of carefully selected products for travel.

Descriptions, Prices and Product Information

We take care to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations may occur. If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact us on info@whattowearonholiday.com.

Payment and Acceptance

If you make a purchase, payment will be taken at the point of order. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually despatch products to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point up until then we may decline to supply a product to you. If we decline to supply a product to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that product in accordance with our Returns Policy below. Where products are despatched separately, our acceptance of the order in respect of each product takes place when that product is dispatched.

Shipping

We pride ourselves on our service and aim to ship all orders promptly. Indications are given on each product page of the likely timescale before goods will be shipped. An email will be sent to the address you provide confirming when your product(s) have been shipped. After this, you should normally receive your parcel within 5-7 working days (UK addresses) or 7-14 working days (all other addresses), sent to the postal address you supply when making your order. You are responsible for providing the correct address and a valid working email address at which we may contact you.

Your parcel will be sent and tracked from the United Kingdom, and may require a signature upon receipt. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days (UK addresses) or 17 working days (all other addresses), please contact us at info@whattowearonholiday.com.

Whilst we make every effort to have all your products delivered within the indicated timescales, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are aware of problems getting a product to you within the indicated time.

If you need to receive your products by a particular date you may specify this within the Comments section of your order. Where possible we will ship your goods in reasonable time to achieve this, however we cannot absolutely guarantee they will arrive on time. We will contact you before we ship if we believe timely arrival is unlikely.

Ownership of a product will not pass to you until it has been delivered to your address. When a product is delivered, risk of damage to or loss of the product passes to you and we shall have no further liability under the contract.

Please note: Your order may be liable for taxes or duties upon entering your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so to find out more information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any physical item purchased from this website to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund the full cost of the goods or process an exchange if requested.

To do this, please first contact us by email at info@whattowearonholiday.com, before returning the product. We endeavour to process your returns or exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

You will need to pay the shipping costs to return it to us, however shoppers in most countries can then claim the return costs back from PayPal. See the PayPal website for full Terms of their offer in your country:

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a shipping service that insures you for the value of the goods. As a minimum we recommend that you obtain proof of shipping.

Payments

Payments must be made securely online via PayPal, using either a PayPal account OR a valid credit or debit card. You do not have to register for a PayPal account - this is optional, however you will need to activate an account to take advantage of PayPal's free return shipping offer.

Our Responsibility To You

If we are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you made the relevant order. Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall not in any event include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the products.
